This was supposed to say SOFTBALL LIFE LESSONS, I have complained about it and was told I would be sent another one with the correct wording. I paid an extra $7.00 for shipping the corrected print and still never received it. It was supposed to be a gift to my granddaughter and it never came. I am very disappointed as is she!!!

I understand things can go wrong however if I was contacted earlier I would have all fixed. Instead a month down the track I was sent an email saying my order was blank so redid it i then contacted them 3 weeks after that and found out still more was needed. Then told it would take about 3 weeks to be processed. Happy with the product not so much with the communication
