It doesn't even look like the one you have on your site. The one on the site looks like it's made with wood. What I received was a poster. It came rolled up like a poster. Didn't even send a frame for it. You should really consider the people who are purchasing this. I got it because I loss my husband and I was making a wall of remembrance and this was going to be my center piece but instead I couldn't because it was just a poster and what I paid for it I feel you have deceived me with my purchase. I could go to Walmart and get a poster made and look better than what I received and cost me alot less.

The canvas was folded when sent by you. I have been to a framing business and they have informed me that the crease won't come out Also not enough canvas remaining on the outside to frame it. The crease runs right through my beautiful daughters face. This has been very upsetting for me whilst I am grieving losing her.

Instead a month down the track I was sent an email saying my order was blank so redid it i then contacted them 3 weeks after that and found out still more was needed. Then told it would take about 3 weeks to be processed. Happy with the product not so much with the communication
