The canvas was folded when sent by you. I have been to a framing business and they have informed me that the crease won't come out Also not enough canvas remaining on the outside to frame it. Instead a month down the track I was sent an email saying my order was blank so redid it i then contacted them 3 weeks after that and found out still more was needed.
